The problem it solves

In any workspace with more than a handful of computers, the machines themselves become the work. Software has to be installed seat by seat. Updates take a night, or a weekend. A drive fails and a station sits dark until someone replaces it. One user picks up malware and the cleanup spreads across the room. None of this produces value — it just consumes staff hours and keeps stations out of service.


What Synzo Console does

Synzo Console removes the cause rather than managing the symptoms. Instead of every computer running its own separate installation, all machines run from a single master image on one central server. The stations don't need drives of their own.

For you, that changes three things:

  • Changes happen once. Install an application or apply an update to the master image, and every machine in the workspace has it after a restart. A task that used to occupy a technician for a full day now takes minutes, and no station is ever left half-updated.

  • Machines cost less to own. Each seat is built without a drive — removing both the purchase cost and the component that fails most often. Fewer failures means fewer stations offline and less time spent on repairs that produce nothing.

  • Every session starts clean. Nothing written during a session survives a restart. A virus or ransomware infection has nowhere to live, so it cannot persist on the machine or spread to others. The gradual slowdown that affects shared computers over time doesn't happen either — every boot returns the station to the same condition as the day it was configured.


Control without being there

You can see and manage the whole workspace from one screen, on site or from anywhere in the world: power machines on and off, control what each group of stations is allowed to run, and resolve problems remotely instead of dispatching someone to a desk.


Where it's used

Education labs, call centers, esports venues, and any organization that operates computers at scale — anywhere the number of machines has outgrown the time available to maintain them individually.
